As you drive through the gates you will see various farm animals grazing together in our rotation grazing pastures. Some are on the endangered list and many are old farm breeds not used in commercial farming.
Walk through our garden area of raised beds, Vegetables vines growing on the fence, fruit bushes, fruit trees, nut trees, and our herb garden. Enjoy the wild flower as the butterflies and bees do their job of pollination.
Family Field Trips will be starting in September by reservation .Take a guided tour of our farm and learn about sustainable agriculture. You'll see first hand how we grow our produce and raise are animals, and you will learn about the importance of small-scale farming.
Our tours are great for families, home school groups, school children, scouts, church groups and anyone who wants to learn more about where their food and clothing comes from.
Watch the goats play on their playground. Feed the goats a snack, they love to be petted.
Hold the horse, explore basic grooming techniques and learn about equine care practices.
Feed the chickens and marvel as the chickens flock to you and your feed.
View the alpacas and sheep in the pastures. Come Spring we will be shearing off their winter coats. Plan a vist during shearing Days!
See various animals sharing pastures. We can all learn a lesson by watching them get along with each other. Look for the white dogs who guard the animals, they are called Great Pyrenees They might greet you with a bark to let you know they are doing their job.
